Cookie & Analytics Policy
ORCA Cookie & Analytics Policy
1. Purpose
The Company may use first-party analytics cookies or similar browser storage to aggregate landing inflow, page views, CTA activity, completed inquiries, and journey continuity for the ORCA MES B2B service so that it can improve the Service and marketing messages.
2. Categories
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Security, sign-in state, preference storage | Provide Service functionality |
| First-party analytics identifiers | Pseudonymous session and journey identifiers | Aggregate landing performance, funnels, and journeys |
Essential cookies and analytics identifiers use separate purposes and storage.
3. Analytics Data
Within the scope disclosed in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we may process page keys, behavior events, first-touch UTM/referrer, device type, timestamps, hashes of pseudonymous session and journey identifiers, and country/region/city-level estimated location. Analytics events do not contain raw session values, raw IP addresses, precise location, inquiry text, email addresses, or telephone numbers.
4. Retention and Disclosure
Analytics raw events and pseudonymous identifiers are deleted or converted to de-identified aggregates when their purpose is achieved or the applicable internal retention standard is reached. The current design assumes first-party analytics. Before introducing a third-party analytics provider or retargeting, the Company will update the recipient, data items, purpose, retention period, and available choices.
5. Processing Basis and Rights Requests
Current analytics are limited to the minimum scope necessary for first-party service improvement. The Company will not introduce third-party advertising, retargeting, or identity-linked analytics that may require optional consent without separate review, any required consent process, and a policy update. A request to delete or restrict already stored analytics data can be made through the procedure in the Privacy Policy.
6. Browser Settings
Users can allow, block, or delete cookies in browser settings. Blocking all cookies can limit essential functionality. Blocking browser storage may affect analytics collection.
7. Changes and Contact
We will announce policy changes and their effective dates in advance. For questions or rights requests, contact Idahan / Development Team at developer@team-everywhere.com or +82-2-565-0224, or use the Privacy Policy.
