Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to ORCA MES Basic and ORCA AI digital SaaS subscriptions. Hardware integration consultation is contracted separately and is not covered by this payment or refund policy.
Cancellation and renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected 1, 3, 6, or 12-month term and renew automatically. If you cancel before renewal, access continues through the paid term and no subsequent renewal is charged.
Refund requests
For a duplicate charge, technical error, or a refund right required by law, email support@orca.partners with the payment date, payment reference, and reason. We review usage and the service period provided, then respond under applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
