Frequently asked questions
Which package should I choose?
We recommend Fixed P&P for products in fixed positions, Vision P&P for products whose position or angle changes each time, and Vision Multi P&P for processes where several items arrive mixed together. The final package is confirmed together during process analysis.
Can I adopt it without ORCA MRP&MES?
Yes, you can adopt robot automation on its own. Robot status and production count monitoring is available with an ORCA MRP&MES subscription.
Are there costs beyond the listed price?
Within the standard package scope, the listed price applies as is, excluding VAT. Jigs/guides, feeders, conveyors, safety equipment, special grippers, additional sensors, equipment modifications, night or weekend work and additional site visits are quoted separately.
Can I switch to a different robot or gripper?
Yes. The ORCA Robot Platform supports major 6-axis cobots such as Doosan Robotics, Rainbow Robotics, Neuromeka and Universal Robots, as well as eye-in-hand and fixed vision cameras. If you change the standard configuration (FAIRINO FR5 · DH Robotics AG-160-95 · Intel RealSense D455), we will provide a new quote.
What are the long-term rental terms?
A KRW 15M initial setup fee plus a 36-month monthly fee. A corporate credit rating and contract review are required.
