Own mall integration

Register the own mall as a sales channel before sending own-mall orders to ORCA.

The ORCA team can assist with the integration if needed.

Before registering

  1. Sign in with the corporation master account.
  2. A Pro plan or higher subscription is required.
  3. Issue an OPEN API key first, then copy the plaintext from API Key Management details and store it on the own-mall server.

Register the own mall as a sales channel

  1. Open ORCA → Integration Management → Sales Channels.
  2. Choose Add sales channel → ORCA API (Own mall).
  3. Enter a channel name and the own-mall HTTPS site URL.
  4. Select the issued OPEN API key. Own mall does not run a store connection test.
  5. Confirm collection settings and save.
  6. Copy the sales channel ID from channel details as source_channel_id. Put the OPEN API key copied from API Key Management details in the Authorization Bearer header.

Next step

After the sales channel is saved, register own-mall orders through Open API.
