SMART FACTORY · Build & automate

A factory that
sees, predicts, acts

Digitize the shop floor with AI OCR and process sensors, choose the automation project that fits your process (robot automation, defect prediction or predictive maintenance), and run everything in ORCA MES.

  • Sensor data without PLCs
  • Focus on one automation project
  • All in ORCA MES

WHY SMART FACTORY

Does this sound like your factory?

Most shop-floor problems come from missing data. ORCA starts by collecting it, then applies AI to the one spot that hurts most.

  1. STEP 01Data collection

AI OCR document reading · process sensors

  2. STEP 02Shop-floor automation

Pick one: robot automation · defect prediction · predictive maintenance

  3. STEP 03Unified operation in ORCA MES

Monitoring · AI documents · AI scheduling

STEP 01 · Data collection

A shop floor run on paper and tacit knowledge,
turned into data

AI OCR reads the documents and sensors count machines and products. Records build up in ORCA without anyone retyping them.

AI OCR document reading

Purchase order → sales order

AI reads purchase orders from email, images or PDF and registers customer, item, quantity and due date as a sales order.

More on order management →

Drawing → item & BOM master data

Read items and structure from drawings to register item and BOM master data quickly.

More on BOM & BOP →

Label → material receipt

Photograph a material label and ORCA reads item, quantity and LOT to register the receipt.

More on inventory & shipping →
Real ORCA screen

Upload one purchase-order PDF and the sales order is done

The customer, items, quantities and due date AI reads are filled into the order screen. Your team just checks and saves.

Process sensorsNo PLC needed

Smart weight sensor

Measures topping and product weight and keeps it as process and quality data.

Current sensor

Tracks machine load and run/stop status without a PLC.

Photoelectric sensor

Detects products to count them and triggers vision capture or robot motion.

STEP 02 · Shop-floor automation

We don't do everything at once.
We go deep on what hurts most

Smart factory automation doesn't stop at collecting data. Pick one project that fits your process and apply it in depth. Scope and integration are decided together after a site visit.

Best for · Processes with lots of repetitive work

Robot automation

Repetitive work goes to robots, work data goes to ORCA. Robots, sensors and MES in one flow.

STEP 03 · Unified operation in ORCA MES

Collected data and automation results,
on one ORCA MES screen

Data from sensors, vision and robots flows into work results and LOT history, and AI carries on to documents and production plans.

Real ORCA dashboard

Unified monitoring

Automatic work results, LOT traceability, and a dashboard for defect rate, OEE and robot uptime

AI document generation

Automatically generate required customer documents such as test reports

AI production scheduling

Build production plans automatically from orders, stock and machine status

※ Automation projects and some features (such as AI document generation) are applied during the build phase, depending on project scope and site conditions.

HOW WE WORK

Five steps from consultation to operation

  1. Request a consultation

Tell us about your process and challenges.

  2. Site & process review

We look at machines, workflow and data in person.

  3. Choose the project

Pick one of three and we draft the setup.

  4. Build & connect ORCA

Install sensors, vision and robots and link them to MES.

  5. Unified operation

Run the shop floor from ORCA MES.

Frequently asked questions

How many automation projects do we choose?

You pick one of robot automation, defect prediction or predictive maintenance to fit your process. Lots of repetitive work points to robot automation, recipe and visual quality to defect prediction, and machine or tool care to predictive maintenance.

Can this be combined with a government or subsidy program?

We review the setup against the program's requirements and schedule. Tell us where you are when you request a consultation.

Can we collect data without PLCs?

Yes. Weight, current and photoelectric sensors let you start collecting shop-floor data without building PLCs.

Can we buy the hardware or robots online?

No. Sensors, vision cameras, edge devices and robots need a site check, so they are offered through consultation only, under a separate contract from the online SaaS subscription.

Find the right automation project for your factory with a consultation

After reviewing your site and process, we propose a setup from data collection through automation to unified MES operation.
