Dashboard (Production Summary) User Manual

Overview

“Dashboard” is an inquiry screen that summarizes key indicators related to production/inventory.

Access

• Sidebar: Dashboard → Dashboard

Before you begin

• Material inbound/outbound, production plan and work completion, product shipment, and inventory data must first be registered on their respective business screens.
• Production performance rankings, work schedules, inventory, and production and delivery statistics shown on this screen are aggregated automatically from registered operational data.

Required information

• No user input is required. Data is retrieved automatically when you open the screen.
• There are no optional filters. Depending on the metric, a weekly or monthly period, or the period from the first day of this month through today, is applied automatically.

Save and processing checks

• This screen does not save, register, edit, or delete data.
• If a value differs from what you expect, check the material inbound/outbound, work completion, shipment, and inventory records for the relevant period on their source business screens, then reopen this screen.

Viewing data

1. Set the period/condition filters provided on the screen (if any).
2. Run Search/Search.
3. Check the indicators displayed in card/chart/table form.
