Process Standard Management User Manual
Overview
“Process Standard Management” is a screen that helps you register, modify, and delete standard information for the production process (e.g. pre-processing/assembly/packaging, etc.) and standardize the process in production management (work order/work completion).
Access
- Sidebar: Standard management → Process standard management
Before you begin
- Determine the process name, process type, and process owner, and decide whether to use automatic code generation.
- To link a facility to the process, register the facility information to use in advance.
Required information
- Process Name, Process Type, and Process Owner are required.
- Process Code is also required when automatic code generation is not used.
- Usage status has a default value. Process description and facility linkage are optional.
Save and processing checks
- Confirm that the process type and process owner match the actual operating method.
- Check a manually entered process code for the allowed format and duplication.
- After saving, confirm that the process name, type, and usage status are correctly reflected in the list.
Screen layout (general)
- List: Process code/name, process classification, use status, etc.
- Registration/Details (Modify): Process basic information and required detailed settings

Registration
- Click Register from the list.
- Enter process information.
- Process code/name
- Process classification (production process/processing process, etc.)
- Process subject (in-house process/outsourcing, etc.)
- Availability/Description
- Click Save to register.

Editing
- Select a process from the list and enter details.
- Click Edit.
- Save after changes.


Deletion
- Select the process to delete from the list.
- Click Delete and confirm.
- Deletion of processes already connected to work orders/production plans may be restricted.
