Call Settings User Manual
Overview
“Call Settings” is a screen for setting and managing default and custom currencies on a company/user basis. (This may affect amount display, exchange rate, unit price input, etc.)

Access
- Sidebar: Standard Management → Call Settings
Before you begin
- Choose the default currency, and if adding a custom currency, prepare its currency code and base exchange rate.
- Check the exchange-rate effective start date and the number of decimal places used to display amounts.
Required information
- To apply a default currency, first select the currency to use from the list.
- New custom-currency registration requires a three-letter uppercase currency code, a base exchange rate greater than 0, and an exchange-rate effective date.
- Currency name and symbol are optional. If decimal places are entered, the value must be from 0 to 10.
- When editing, the currency code cannot be changed and the exchange rate is not required.
Save and processing checks
- Confirm that a new currency's exchange rate is the value for one unit of the base currency.
- Check the currency-code format and effective date, and confirm that the same code is not already registered.
- After changing the default currency, check that the currency and decimal places are correct on key screens displaying unit prices and amounts.
