Push System Settings

Use this screen to decide whether each user receives push notifications. In the list, turn notifications on or off for each user, then save everything at once.

Screen layout#

The Push System Settings screen shows the user list and each user's push notification status.

• Notification status by user: In the Push Setting column, choose On (receive) or Off (do not receive) for each user. There are no new values to enter.
• Select All / Deselect All: Turn notifications on or off at once for the users on the page currently shown.
• Condition Search: Find users by fields such as push setting, user code, ID, or user name.
• Save Settings: Apply the notification status you changed.

Set push notifications#

1. In the list, check each user's current notification status.
2. Change the Push Setting of the users you want to change to On or Off. To change everyone, click Select All or Deselect All and confirm in the confirmation window.
3. Click Save Settings.
4. In the Do you want to save the push settings? window, click Save Changes. When a message says the edit is completed, the change has been applied.

FAQ#

Q. I changed the notification status, but it was not applied. Check that you clicked Save Settings and finished with Save Changes. If you moved to another page before saving, change the setting again and save.

Q. The user I want to set is not in the list. Check that the user is registered in User Management.

Q. I clicked Deselect All and want to turn some users back on. If you have not saved yet, change the Push Setting back to On only for the users who need it, then click Save Settings.
