Push System Settings User Manual

Overview

“Push system settings” is a screen for managing notification/push related settings. (This may include notification channels, opt-in, templates, etc.)

Access

• Sidebar: System Management → Push System Settings

Before you begin

• Users whose push-reception status will be configured must be registered first.
• Check each user's current reception status before making changes.

Required information

• There are no fields for entering new values; turn push reception on or off for each user.
• There are no required selections. Select All and Deselect All change the status of the current list at once.

Save and processing checks

• After changing reception status on the screen, complete Save Settings and the confirmation step for the change to take effect.
• Saving processes the reception statuses of the users displayed on the screen together. If Select All or Deselect All was used, check the target scope again.

Setting method (general)

1. Check the items on the settings screen.
2. Change the values ​​of receiving target/condition/channel, etc.
3. Click Save/Apply to apply.

Warnings

• In production environments, changes to push settings directly affect user notifications, so a change permission/approval policy is recommended.
