Quality Inspection Status User Manual

Overview

The Quality Inspection Status screen shows existing inspection records and allows the Quality Inspection Issue to be edited. New inspection records cannot be registered here.

Access

• Sidebar: Quality Management → Quality Inspection Status

Before you begin

• Production and process data to display in inspection status must already exist.
• This screen is for viewing existing inspections and adjusting issue details; it does not provide a procedure for creating a new inspection directly.

Required information

• All list query criteria are optional.
• On the details screen, the production code, process date, production and process information, person in charge, and inspection timing are read-only.
• Only the Quality Inspection Issue can be edited. It has no required-input restriction.

Save and processing checks

• Saving updates only the quality inspection issue; do not mistake it for changing an existing inspection result or process information.
• An empty issue is not blocked separately on the screen, so confirm that you intend to clear the content before saving.

Viewing and editing

1. Set any required list filters and select Search.
2. Select an inspection record to open its details.
3. Review the read-only production and process fields.
4. Edit the Quality Inspection Issue and save the change.

Registration and deletion

• This screen does not provide new inspection registration.
• To delete an existing inspection record, select it in the list and use the delete action. Confirm that the correct record is selected before deleting it.
