Work status by process User manual

Overview

“Work status by process” is a screen to check the work progress status (waiting/in progress/complete, etc.) based on the process.

Access

• Sidebar: Dashboard → Work status by process

Before you begin

• Process standards and items must be registered, and work must be instructed according to a production plan.
• Work statuses and work-completion records must be up to date for each process card and status to be displayed correctly.

Required information

• No user input is required.
• There are no period, process, or status filters. The current work status for each registered process is retrieved automatically when you open the screen.

Save and processing checks

• This screen does not save or change work statuses.
• If an active process is missing or its status is different, check the production plan and work-completion records, then reopen the screen.

Viewing data

1. Set filters such as period/process/status (if available).
2. Run Search/Search.
3. Check the aggregated status and detailed list for each process.

Warnings

• This is an inquiry-only page, and actual registration/editing is performed on the production management (production plan/job completion) screen.
