Process/Line Management User Manual
Overview
“Process/Line Management” is a screen that manages process area/line information within the factory. It can be used for production process arrangement, status monitoring, and work order operation.

Before you begin
- First define the process-area structure and identify the user who will be responsible for each area.
- To add a production line, prepare its process area, line supervisor, and line members.
- Decide whether to use automatic code generation for area and line codes.
Required information
- A process area requires Area Name, Area Supervisor, and Usage Status. Area Code is also required when automatic generation is not used.
- A production line requires Line Name, at least one Line Supervisor, at least one Line Member, Usage Status, and its Process Area.
- Line Code is also required when automatic generation is not used.
- Additional descriptions are not required when saving.
Save and processing checks
- When registering a production line, confirm that the currently selected process area is correct.
- Confirm that supervisor and member roles have not been confused, and review the usage status.
- Manually entered codes must not be duplicated. After saving, confirm that the tree and line list are updated.
How to register (general)
- Click Register.
- Enter process/line name, code, usage status, remarks, etc.
- Click Save.

Edit/Delete
- Select an item from the list and proceed to Edit/Delete.
- Deletion may be restricted if it is already linked to production data.
