Work Completion (Performance/Completion Processing) User Manual
Overview
Work Completion is the screen for reviewing the actual and defective production quantities for planned processes and changing the process status to complete. Completion results are used to review production performance and the remaining available quantity.
Access
- Sidebar: Work Management → Work Completion
Before you begin
- To complete an existing production plan, material outbound and work start for the relevant process must already be completed.
- Work Completion by Production Plan selects a registered plan and process and records actual results. Quick Production Registration enters production basics, items, processes, people in charge, and results in one flow.
- Prepare the actual input quantity, loss quantity, good and defective quantities, and remaining-material handling method by comparing them with the work record.
Required information
- Plan-based completion requires the outputs to complete and the actual quantity for each output.
- For a process with materials, enter the input and loss quantities for every material and keep the yield within 0–100.
- Quick Production Registration requires production code, production name, production type, usage type, planned production period, work category, at least one item with a positive quantity, and a person in charge for each process. When completion results are processed at the same time, also enter the total production quantity.
- No input is required for queries only. Production, process, person-in-charge, status, and work-date filters are optional.
Save and processing checks
- Confirm that the defective quantity does not exceed the actual quantity, which would cause the good quantity to become negative.
- Check whether remaining materials will be received and the inbound storage before completing the process.
- Completion updates both production results and inventory, so check for duplicate processing and confirm the completion message.
Screen Layout
- Work Completion by Process: View completion targets by process.
- Work Completion by Item: Compare planned production quantity, production quantity, defective quantity, and remaining available quantity by item.
