Material in/out — barcode
Overview
Material in/out — barcode chooses Barcode scan after New inbound or New outbound, then finds the item with the camera or by typing the barcode. To pick the item from a list, use Manual entry. To read a label photo, use AI recognition. Saving updates warehouse stock.
Access
- Material in/out list → New inbound or New outbound → Barcode scan
Before you begin
- The item barcode must be linked in item master data.
- Camera permission must be allowed. Without a camera, type the barcode.
- Warehouses used as inbound/outbound locations must already be registered.
Required information
- Recognize or type a barcode to confirm the item.
- Quantity 0 cannot go to the next step.
- Add at least one warehouse. The sum of warehouse quantities must equal the process quantity.
- The process date cannot be after today.
Save and processing checks
- Process steps: barcode recognition → confirm item → allocate location → done
- A message is shown if recognition fails. Check camera permission and barcode clarity.
- If a barcode has no matching item, check item master data on the PC admin screen.

Basic usage
- Select New inbound or New outbound.
- Select Barcode scan.
- Capture the barcode with the camera, or type the barcode value.
- Confirm item, quantity, price, and dates. Edit a value if needed.
- Add warehouses and allocate quantity. The total must match the process quantity.
- View details or return to the list.

Troubleshooting
- If recognition fails, adjust lighting and focus, then scan again or type the barcode.
- If a barcode has no matching item, check item master data on the PC admin screen.
- Completion is blocked if the date is after today or the warehouse quantity total does not match.
