Shop-floor home
Overview
Shop-floor home is the ORCA Kiosk screen that opens right after sign-in. Operators start Work Completion or Material In/Out from here. It is a floor-only starting point, not the PC dashboard or sidebar.
Access
- This screen opens after a successful shop-floor tablet sign-in.
- You can return here with the home icon on work screens.
Before you begin
- A signed-in session is required.
- Change the screen language with the header language button. Supported languages are Korean, English, Japanese, and Vietnamese.
Required information
- Home has no input fields.
Save and processing checks
- Start on Work Completion opens the Work completion list. Enter results on Work completion — simple check or Work completion — detailed check.
- Start on Material In/Out opens the Material in/out list. New registration uses Manual entry, Barcode, or AI recognition. Switch to the outbound tab on the same screen for outbound work.
Screen layout
- Header: date, language button, operator name
- Work Completion card:
Review production processes and complete work. - Material In/Out card:
Review and process material in/out status.
The two cards are fixed. Company feature settings do not hide them.
Basic usage
- Check today's date and the operator name in the header.
- Select Start on the card you need.
- Use the header language button if you need another language.
Notes
- Home is the starting point for floor work. Use the PC Admin manuals for production-plan registration, item/BOM management, and quality standards.
