Production status inquiry user manual

Overview

“Production status inquiry” is a screen where you can check the material status/production progress/shipment status at a glance based on the production plan.

Before you begin

Items, item categories, required-material standards, material inventory, and production plans must be registered first.
Production progress and product-shipment records must be up to date for producible quantities and material shortages to be calculated correctly.

Required information

No user input is required.
You can select either the currently provided By Product or By Material tab. The By Product tab is displayed initially.
Depending on the tab, you can search by item name, item code, and item category, or by material name, material code, and item type. In the production-status list, you can search by production information, status, expected completion date, and shipment date.

Save and processing checks

This screen does not save or change production plans, inventory, or shipment information.
Each tab uses different query criteria and metrics. When checking shortage or producible quantities, review the current tab and search criteria together.

Viewing data

Set the top filter (conditional search/period search, etc.).
Click Search.
Check the following status along with production code/production name/customer/production quantity/scheduled date from the list.
- Material status (e.g. expected arrival/shortage/adequate)
- Production status (e.g. before production/in production/production completion/production discontinuation)
- Product shipment status (e.g. before shipment/shipment completed)
If a material is “shortage”, a detailed button/modal may be provided to check the list of shortage materials (quantity required/shortage).

Warnings

This screen is view-driven. Production plan registration/modification is performed in the production plan management screen, and work completion is performed in the task completion screen.
