KPI

Overview

The KPI screen is a view-only dashboard for reviewing production volume, delivery performance, defect rate, facility utilization, and cost metrics by reporting period.

Access

• Sidebar: Dashboard → KPI
• The KPI menu is available only when the company registration type is Workshop.

Before you begin

• Production and work completion, shipment and delivery, quality, facility operation, and cost data must first accumulate in the relevant business areas.
• The company registration type must be set to Workshop for the KPI menu to be available in the sidebar.

Required information

• This is a read-only view, so it opens without requiring any input.
• You can select Weekly, Monthly, Last 30 Days, or Yearly as the reporting period. Weekly is applied by default.

Save and processing checks

• This screen does not register, edit, or save KPIs.
• Only metrics with operational data are displayed as charts. If a chart is missing, check whether source business data has accumulated for that metric.

Basic usage method

1. Open the screen to view the Weekly KPI charts.
2. Select Weekly, Monthly, Last 30 days, or Yearly.
3. Review the production volume, delivery performance, defect rate, facility utilization, and cost charts for the selected period.

Permissions and notes

• The KPI menu is not shown for company registration types other than Workshop.
• The charts shown depend on the selected reporting period and the availability of source data.
