Task Status Management User Manual
Overview
“Work status management” is a screen to check the progress status of work order/process units.
Access
- Sidebar: Dashboard → Task status management
Before you begin
- Production plans, work orders, people in charge, and work categories must be registered first.
- Work-progress statuses and planned start dates must be kept up to date for the list and schedule to display correctly.
Required information
- No user input is required.
- You can query by selecting person in charge, production name, production status, and work-category search criteria and a sort condition.
- On the initial screen, the person-in-charge search criterion and newest-first order are applied by default. On the schedule-based screen, the default production-start-date period is from one month ago through today.
Save and processing checks
- This screen does not save or change work information.
- The displayed range can differ by tab and search criteria. Before comparing results, check the current tab, period, status, and sort condition.
Viewing data
- Set up period/status/keyword filters (if provided).
- Run Search/Search.
- Click on a row in the list to go to the detail screen (if available).

Warnings
- This page is for inquiries only. Job completion input, etc. is done in the task completion screen.
