Standard unit management user manual
Overview
“Standard unit management” is a screen that registers, modifies, and deletes units (e.g. kg, g, EA, etc.) used in items/materials/production and manages unit conversion (UOM) when necessary.
Access
- Sidebar: Standard management → Standard unit management
Before you begin
- Determine the unit symbol and unit name, and identify the appropriate unit category, such as weight, length, or quantity.
- Decide whether to enter the code manually or use Automatic Code Generation.
- If conversion to another unit is required, confirm that the target unit is already registered.
Required information
- Unit Symbol, Unit Name, and Unit Category must be entered before saving.
- Standard Unit Code is also required when automatic code generation is not used.
- Usage status can use the screen's default value. Unit-conversion information is optional.
Save and processing checks

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
