Defect Status User Manual
Overview
The Defect Status screen shows defect data created during production or inspection. New defect records cannot be registered here, but permitted processing details can be edited and records can be deleted from the list.

Access
- Sidebar: Quality Management → Defect Status
Before you begin
- Defect status handles data created during production processing, so the corresponding production result must be registered first.
- You cannot register a new defect directly on this screen.
Required information
- All list query criteria are optional.
- Basic production, process, and item information and the calculated defect rate are read-only.
- In the details view, you can edit the defect quantity, nonconforming quantity, processing classification, and process issue. These fields have no required-input restriction on this screen.
Save and processing checks
- Confirm the defect quantity, nonconforming quantity, processing classification, and process issue before saving changes.
- To delete a record, first select its row in the list. Confirm the target carefully because deletion removes the record from the list.
Viewing and editing data
- Set the top filter (provided conditions such as period/item/process, etc.).
- Select Search.
- Select an item from the list to open its details.
- Review the read-only production information and update the permitted defect and processing fields.
- Save the changes.
Registration and deletion
- Defect data is created during production processing; this screen does not provide new registration.
- To delete an existing record, select it in the list and use the delete action.
