Material in/out — AI recognition
Overview
Material in/out — AI recognition chooses AI recognition after New inbound or New outbound, then photographs a label to read item information. To pick the item from a list, use Manual entry. To scan only a barcode, use Barcode. Saving updates warehouse stock.
Access
- Material in/out list → New inbound or New outbound → AI recognition
Before you begin
- Camera permission must be allowed.
- Light the label so the item name and code are visible.
- Warehouses used as inbound/outbound locations must already be registered.
Required information
- Photograph the label and confirm the recognition result.
- An unregistered item can continue to new-item registration.
- Quantity 0 cannot go to the next step.
- Add at least one warehouse. The sum of warehouse quantities must equal the process quantity.
- The process date cannot be after today.
Save and processing checks
- Process steps: photograph the label → confirm the result → confirm item → allocate location → done
- If recognition is wrong, retake the photo and check the result again.
- For an unregistered item, confirm whether to register a new item before continuing.

Basic usage
- Select New inbound or New outbound.
- Select AI recognition.
- Align the label in the frame and take a photo.
- Confirm the result. For an unregistered item, choose whether to register it.
- Confirm quantity, price, and dates, then add warehouses and allocate quantity.
- View details or return to the list.

Troubleshooting
- If recognition fails, adjust lighting and focus, then take another photo.
- Capture is blocked without camera permission. Allow permission and try again.
- Completion is blocked if the date is after today or the warehouse quantity total does not match.
